Chief Executive: Hazel has worked long and hard to build up Through Unity as Operational manager . She took over as the new CEO in May 2011.

Lieutenant Colonel Paul Meldon

Director and Trustee: Commanding Officer  Recruiting London. Paul works extensively with young adults to build their self esteem and confidence.

Jen and Jess  Singleton

Directors and Trustees: Founders of the Knives Ruin Lives campaign in Southampton following the murder of Lewis Singleton on 31 Mar 2007.

Director and Trustee: Also Director of the Sustainability Research Institute at the Universtity of East London (UEL).

Director & Trustee : Magistrate. Best friend Jamie Simspon was murdered 22 Mar 2008. Founder of the Justice4Jamie campaign. Faeem mentors young offenders and is an Independent Community advisor to 3 Police forces. A keen champion of equality issues and charity fund-raiser.

Lorna Simpson

Directors and Trustee: Lorna is the mother of Jamie Simpson who was killed on the 22nd March 2008. Lorna is in the process of setting up a charity in memory of her beloved son Jamie.  She wants to work with young people to make a difference to their lives because she feels that it is away of honouring Jamie and for something good to come out of a very devastating situation.
