Coping with sympathy however well meaning can be difficult. Everyone has different ideas as to what might help. Sometimes large numbers of well intentioned offers of help or support may be more than you can cope with. Do not be afraid to say so. Do not be afraid to say no. It may be easier to get a close friend to manage this on your behalf.
Those who care for you will understand. What will be important to them is that you know that they have made the offer.
We need your help to reach out in our unique way.
We also need support for our range of education and job programmes.
